Dump Truck Rental Form

Please submit on-line or print and drop off at DPW (12795 W. 11 Mile Rd.) Two checks must be dropped off at DPW before we can confirm your truck rental. You may place checks in an envelope marked for DPW and leave them at City Hall or in the City Hall drop box if DPW is closed.

1. $75 for the rental itself

2. $175 to cover cost of disposal (if any) and a penalty if required.

In consideration of the City furnishing a dump truck for the use of the undersigned, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Huntington Woods, its agents and employees, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the undersigned’s use of the dump, including bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property, including the loss of use resulting therefrom and including damages to the dump truck.
